Year 7 2025 Orientation Handbook:
Transitioning to high school marks a significant step in your young person's educational journey. By preparing your young person for this change, parents and caregivers can help ease the transition to high school.
Year 7 Orientation Day will be held on Tuesday 3rd December 2024. Students, Parents and Carers are invited to attend a Welcome Induction in the school hall from 9:00am. Students will meet a range of key staff members, and there will be various activties throughout the morning that your child can particpate in to help familiarise themselves with the school.
While students are participating in activties, parents are encouraged to visit the uniform shop.
Please do not drive into the school grounds on this morning. Parking is available on Mona Street and Winnereremy Bay Foreshore Reserve next to the school grounds.
First Day of School 2025
NSW public schools will have four Staff Development Days at the beginning of the year. Term 1 staff development days will be Friday 31st January through to Wednesday 5th February 2025. This means that ALL YEARS will start Term 1 on Thursday 6th February 2025.
