The SIT 20316 Certificate II in Hospitality is accredited for the HSC and provides students with the opportunity to obtain this nationally recognised vocational qualification. This is known as dual accreditation.

By enrolling in a VET qualification in NSW Public Schools Macquarie Park RTO 90222, you are choosing to participate in a program of study that will give you the best possible direction towards a nationally recognised qualification. To receive this AQF VET qualification, students must meet the assessment requirements of the SIT Tourism, Travel and Hospitality Training Package 

The nationally accredited Certificate II in Hospitality Kitchen Operations is designed for students who are interested in the growing hospitality industry. This entry level qualification will teach you the essential hands-on skills to be able to work in a commercial kitchen and deliver customer service in a variety of hospitality settings such as restaurants and cafes. The course is 240 hours over 2 years, with an optional HSC examination for those students requiring an ATAR.  The Hospitality Kitchen Operations course focuses on back of house knowledge and skills, with competency based assessment tasks throughout the 2 years. Students will require a full chefs uniform and tool box which may be purchased at the start of the course.
