SCHOOL ABSENCE PROCEDURE
Late Arrival
Give your child a note to give to Student Services OR leave a message on our absence line by ringing 9999 4035 Ext 6 OR email pittwater-h.school@det.nsw.edu.au.
Early Leaver
Before 9 am, please give your child a note to give to student services or email pittwater-h.school@det.nsw.edu.au with time and reason for leaving. The student can then collect their Leavers’ Pass from Student Services during their break. If it is a Wednesday, please see our Procedures for Wednesday Afternoon Sports.
Holiday Leave
Please email the school as soon as possible with the dates if under 5 days or if more than 5 days, please complete the Extended Holiday Leave Application Form which will be presented to our Principal for authorisation.
