It was wonderful to see our school community embrace the occasion, showcasing their love of literature and the stories that inspire, entertain and connect us.

Book Week is an annual celebration that highlights the joy of reading and the powerful role books play in sparking imagination, building knowledge and opening doors to new worlds. At Pittwater High School, we value the importance of reading in supporting lifelong learning, curiosity and creativity. Events like Book Week bring our community together through a shared love of stories, reminding us that every book offers a new adventure and every reader has a story to discover. A huge thank you to our staff and students for making this year’s celebration such a memorable success.

Congratulations to our Open Girls Netball Team on an outstanding season! Throughout the competition, the team demonstrated exceptional skill, determination and commitment, playing together with confidence and supporting one another every step of the way. Their strong teamwork, communication and ability to work together on and off the court have been a credit to every player and a wonderful example of what can be achieved when a team unites behind a common goal.

Beyond their performance on the court, the girls have represented Pittwater High School with pride, sportsmanship and an outstanding school spirit. Their encouragement of one another, resilience under pressure and dedication to their team embody the values we celebrate at Pittwater. We congratulate every player on a fantastic season and look forward to watching them back in action next year as they continue to represent our school with Pittwater pride.
